Room additions are one of the more unique remodeling opportunities that clients may not consider when used in small spaces to complete a functional space and layout your floor plan differently. Alternatively you can add larger portions of square footage in certain areas and completely transform your home to have a new majestic master suite or a game room / man cave room addition design and remodel by adding considerable square footage; this will also increase your home value significantly but will also add to your property taxes for the additional square footage.
